Sandwich Panel  
Features:
1) Composed of 2 layers of weather proof colored steel sheets and jetted hard
forms of polyurethane between 2 layers (fireproof materials)
2) Suitable for various roofs and walls referring to the large size factory buildings,
storages, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, freezing stores and purification
workshops (temp-keeping, heat insulation, weight bearing, weatherproof, rich
color and good appearance)
3) Light self-weight: 10 to 14kg/sqm
4) Installation is convenient and flexible without the large-size lifting devices
so that the construction period is limited with the lower comprehensive costs
5) Heavy load bearing capacity: high strength and high rigidness and is suitable
either for the weight-bearing structure or for the protective structure
6) Good temp-keeping and heat insulation:
7) Average thermal conductivity: <= 0.041W/m.k
8) Fine fireproof: test by national quality inspection center for fireproof
building material, all its index reach grade B1 and grade A of GB8624 respectively
9) Flexible application: as the continuous production line is controlled by the
computer system, the length of the said compound sheets will be decided
and selected according to the designing requirements, transport and installation
conditions
10) Can select different thickness of the composite panels in accordance with the
proof load bearing and purlin distance
