PVC Waterproof Material

PVC waterproof coiled material  is a composite increased, the plastic material is a polymer, high-density waterproof material, with a unique antioxidant, anti-ultraviolet performance, the physical and chemical indicators have reached the national standard, high-performance polymer waterproof material.

The main raw material is PVC resin, by adding all kinds of special additives and anti-aging ingredients. Using high-grade production equipment and advanced technology .products have great tensile strength, high elongation, shrinkage of small, low-temperature flexibility, and long service life.

PVC rosin as main raw materials, added with various kinds of specific assistant and ageing resistance agents, it adopts high-grade equipment and advanced technological process. Those products are of great tensile strength,high strenthing rate,good suppleness in low temperature,long service life,ect.

Execution process introduction

PVC waterproof coiled material has three execution methods as machine fixation, affix fixation, press and covering fixation

For example: Mechanical fixation of the construction process

1 Laying non-woven fabrics.( adopt when specific requirements in engineering)

Base treated, lay non-woven fabric and special gaskets and nails fixed.

2 pave and fix up waterproof coilded material

Pop-up standard lines, tthen pave the waterproofing membrane by line, using hand-held torch to solder waterproofing membrane on the dedicated pads.

3 Welding waterproof coilded material

The coilded material could be welded by hot air or hot wedge. Welding procedures shall be in accordance with pre-air temperature, humidity, humidity, and the surfacehumidity of  membrane . Regulate the welding temperature, humidity, pressure and do welding test.

4 inspect&measure welding line

Seal the end of the airway,insert  gas needle into  two-seam airway,press to a certain pressure, and stop within 15 minutes after the pressure drop inwhich is not more than 10% ,that's qualified.
