Detailed Product Description

The assembling-type sports flooring is also called the suspending sports flooring. The flooring is introduced from the abroad and it is a new product taking the polypropylene (PP) as its main materials. The flooring is firstly used in the five-a-side football field, and along with its frequent uses in the world. people have a further understanding of this product,compared to the common plastic-coating flooring or wooden sports flooring, this product has the superiorities like simply assembling, convenient movement, rain resistance, insect resistance and long service life and so on. Therefore, the product can be applied to various sports grounds, such as tennis court, basketball court, handball field, badminton court, ping-pong court and others, and it is particularly suitable for the use of outdoor athletic field.

Basic Structure of Assembling-type Flooring

I. Connection of Assembling Flooring: hole connection.

II. Characteristics of Product
1.Long service life: The product adopts high strength materialmodified polypropylene (PP), which can resist ultraviolet radiation, oxidation and cold. Therefore, the product has the characteristics of pressure resistance, anti-impact, high/low temperature resistance, long service life and so on (For more details, see the Test Report" Center (Ti) Zi (2006) No.50050435issued by National Sports Products Quality Surveillance & Test Center. Our company promises the service life of product is 10 years.
2. Buffering and high rebounding capability: The section of product is in the structure of several kinds of bow shapes, thus it can greatly increase the buffering capability, effectively reduce the hurt to the athletes, and enhance the rebounding capability of ball (The rebounding can attain 96%).
3. Environmental Protection: The main materials of product is polypropylene (PP), which is a non-toxic and harmless environmental-protection product (The PP material is of food grade), therefore it is safer when applied in the court.
4.Artistic & Non-dazzling: The flooring is processed through high-precision mould. The precision of products size is higher and has better interchangeability. The assembled floorings joint well, the joint or commissures of floorings almost can not be found without careful identification. Also because it adopts varied lattice structures, the flooring can bring any dazzles to the eyes. If a large area of floorings is assembled, the whole floor will look just like a whole carpet. Therefore this product is both practical and artistic.
5. The color selection is avaiable for the users.
6. High Utilization Ratio: water troughs are designed at the bottom of flooring, the water would not retain on the flooring after rinsing and raining, thus it guarantees the high utilization ratio of flooring.
7. Low Maintenance Cost: It only needs to rinse the court with water in the application, and there arent other maintenance costs.

III Assembling Orders

Starting from a corner of sports court, make the Angle B in Figure 2 aim at the outside of court (as shown in Figure 2), then make the Side AB of another flooring joint with the Side DC of former flooring. Then the rest may be inferred: make the Side BC of latter flooring joint with the Side AD of former flooring, and operate in the same way till the whole assemblage is finished.

IV Disposal of Courts Skirting Sides

Around the court adopts special skirting sides as the skirting lines, which is round and can guarantee the smooth transition; thus it is both artistic and protective to athletes.

V Requirements to Ground Foundation

Because this product requires higher precision, and the planeness and inosculation degree of floorings may be directly affected by the planeness of foundation. Also the foundation should be ensured non-distorted for a long time.

VI Notices in Assemblage

In order to joint the adjoining floorings closely after assemblage, please knock on the commissures with rubber hammer in assemblage.

VII Paint Special for Line Drawing

After long-term research, the technicians of our company have developed the paint special for polypropylene-coating floor, which can guarantee the reliable and durable bonding between the painted line and flooring.

VIII Use & Maintenance

1. Never step on the court with athletic shoes with nails and high-heeled shoes in order to protect the athletes from hurt;

2. Never knock on the flooring violently with sharp objects in order to avoid damages.

3. Never splash the corrosive liquids like sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid on the flooring in order to avoid any corrosion.

4. Clean up the snow promptly after snowing; and do not let the snow pile up for a long time on the flooring in order to avoid affection on the use.

5. Rinse the flooring with water frequently in order to maintain the cleanness.
