Main characteristics:
§1.Fireproof: Non-flammability: GB8624 Grade A, The water absorb and max fire durability meet the demand for light inner partition completely.
§2. Moisture-resistance: magnesium fireproof board is excellent in moisture-resistance. Dry bending strength is 15MPa. Bending strength under absorbed moisture is 22MPa
Through experiment and test, after this material has been immersed in the water for one month, it keeps its original shape, without deformation or expansion, its dry-wet deforming ratio is 0.26%, its water-absorbing capacity is 15%.
§3. Heat insulation: The thermal resistance is 1.14m2k./w, matched with the exterior heat insulating material, it can be used as the external walls in general.
§4. Sound insulation: magnesium fireproof board is proved to have good noise insulation property -----the noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB.
95mm soundproof wall can have a soundproof standard which a 123mm wall made of four layers of 12mm gypsum plank, which is equal to the soundproof of effect of a 150mm common solid brick wall.
§5.Bump-resistance and light: magnesium fireproof board is a light board. Its density is less than 1.0g/cm3,about 0.85~0.90g/cm3. it will maintain its' quality during construction. Its light and high efficiency, can save time, space, weight and expense.
§6. Good waterproof: the rate of the water absorption is 18%, there is no drops of water to emerge in the back
§7.Installation: easy to cut, saw, nail, stick, paint and veneer
